PHOTONICS MATCHMAKING
Purpose of the Matchmaking and the Mission is pursuing opportunities for innovation cooperation between Taiwanese and Dutch organisations in the field of Integrated Photonics & Fibre Optic Sensing applications.
Matchmaking
A matchmaking is organised for Dutch delegates who have registered to attend the Dutch photonics mission to Taiwan and who wish to participate in the matchmaking event taking place on the afternoon of Tuesday 14th November as part of the mission.
Taiwan
Taiwanese photonic organisations who are interested in Dutch photonic partners are also invited to register for the matchmaking via this website.
Register
If you are a Dutch organisation and not yet registered for the Mission, please register first before 1 October at the RVO website then register for the Matchmaking on this website.
The Dutch Photonic mission to Taiwan 2017 is organised by The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) and the Netherlands Trade & Investment Office (NTIO). The Matchmaking is organised by RVO.nl and Taiwan Trade (TAITRA), partners of the Enterprise Europe Network.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Mission
The program consists of company visits, networking activities, workshops and matchmaking for 2 parallel missions with the focus on:
• Integrated Photonics and Technology Cooperation,
• Fiber Sensing and Applications.
Matchmaking
Enterprise Europe Network will organise the Matchmaking in Taiwan. The matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in 20 minutes.
Join this mission
The matchmaking is free of charge. The costs for participation in the innovation mission are € 250 per person. This includes collective program, transfers to and from program items, lunch and dinner as mentioned in the program. Travel and accommodation costs (hotels and intercontinental flights) and all individual costs are at your own expense.
How the Matchmaking Works
1. Registration
During the registration you can indicate your availability for meetings.
2. Set up a profile
You create a profile that will be visible to other participants. Your profile should describe what you are looking for and can offer to potential partners
3. Request meetings
On the 1st of September you can start to receive and send meetings requests to attendees you want to meet at the event.
4. Build connections
A few days prior to the event you will receive an e-mail with your meetings schedule showing who you will meet at what time.
